At approx 8:20 pm, San Diego Sheriff’s were in Paradise Hills and spotted a suspicious van. The plates were run and the Van came back as stolen. The Deputies attempted to stop the Van, and the driver fled. A short pursuit took place and the driver of the Van crash into a wall/fence and large playhouse of a home at Calle Tres Lomas and Seascape. All 3 suspects ran away but were caught quickly by the pursuing Deputies. The driver complained of pain and was checked out by National City Firefighters and released back to the Deputies.
The family of the residence were not home at the time and came home to find the wreckage.
