'Mindscape' a short film by Deepalok Bhattacharya, talks about the inner mind of the protagonist who is always obsessed with his imagination. Biplab is a middle aged man who lives with his wife and daughter and work as a teacher in a high school. The film narrates a short event of a Sunday morning. With the arrival of the newspaper, Biplab feels thirsty to go through the astrology supplement where the incident of the week of his horoscope is forecasted. He reads and reads and engulfs in imagination associated with the astrological forecast. The entire film narrates the mindscape of this imaginative man who is always obsessed with his imagination. At the end, we find Biplab playing the game of stone-paper-scissor with his little daughter. The game, like human world, is based on human destiny and in the game it is not known what will happen in moment later.
