Hello friends how r you from today we are starting a workout series for muscle mass.
In this workout we train our muscle fibre type 2 that is responsible for increaseing muscle mass.
So today is our chest workout day and this is the workout detail.
1. Super set.
Bench press 1 set x8
Plates chest contraction 1 set x8
Total 4 super sets
2. Super set
Dumbbell press 1set x 8
Dumbbell press close grip 1 set x 8
Total 4 super sets
3 super set.
Dumbbell chest fly's 1 set x 8
Dumbbell front raise 1 set x 8
Total 4 super sets
Last finisher set
Classic push-up
Set as you can
